No Refunds Are Allowed! We do not allow refunds as once you sign up your spot is confirmed and, however we are happy for you to gift your spot to someone of the same gender.

As this is our first time doing events in many of the areas, we have no idea what the attendance will be like. We have had events with 30 people and events with 16 people. We are hoping these continue to grow as we plant seeds in the places God sends us too. We will cancel events one week in advance if there is less than 5 people so don't delay signing up.
yes you will get an email 48 hours prior to the event with the details. If we do not have enough signups we may cancel the event and will send you a refund which will hit your bank account within 5-10 business days. Any questions email our Events Manager at events@thechristiansingleshub.com
We are a business and have costs. In order to be able to grow events in each area we need to be able to pay hosts, pay for marketing and to get the word out and for everyday business expenses. We want to make events affordable but also need to be realistic that our time is valuable and our hosts time is valuable.
No, we will not connect people before or even after the event. This is the beauty of joining the Hub as you can connect with each other after events and don't just see people at a one off event. We simply have too many events, and meet too many people to connect you with so and so, who you think is from Colorado who was wearing a green sweater. If you are coming from out of town you are responsible for making your own arrangements.
We are hoping to train up hosts in each area and have events once a month, but this takes time to build. We can't promise anything at the moment until we get each area established.
No, as much as we would love to host an event in every area, we just don't have the capacity. We choose event spots based on the amount of people in that area (this is why it's beneficial to be in ur e-newsletter so we know where you are located).
