Position Overview:
The Events Coordinator will play a key role in bringing on Event Hosts, overseeing Event Hosts, and interviewing new Event Hosts. They will support the event hosts, as well as assist the planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events, including social gatherings, meetings, conferences, and fundraisers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with all aspects of event planning and coordination, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and logistics.
– Support the development and execution of event timelines, schedules, and task lists to ensure all deadlines are met.
– Liaise with clients, and vendors to gather event requirements, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns.
– Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, catering, audiovisual equipment, and signage.
– Assist with the distribution of event marketing materials, invitations, and promotional collateral.
-Manage event registration processes, including RSVP tracking, attendee communications, and guest list management.
-Assist with post-event activities, such as collecting feedback, compiling evaluations, and preparing post-event reports.
– Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to event planning and coordination.
Qualifications:
• Passion for Creating Community: A deep understanding of Christian values and a genuine desire to help connect other Christian singles together to build meaningful friendships in this season of life.
People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly among event attendees. The host should be empathetic, kind and open to feedback from event attendees.
Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse individuals.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage event attendees, plan events and make sure that all attendees are comfortable and connected at events.
Experience: Previous experience in hosting is a plus, but not required.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, sales-driven Matchmaker to join our team and help our clients navigate their journey to finding love.
Position Overview:
As a Matchmaker, you will be responsible for helping single individuals identify compatible partners based on shared values, faith, and personal preferences. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the matchmaking process while providing a personalized, empathetic experience. This is a customer-focused, high-touch role that combines sales expertise with relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for both actively sourcing and matching clients, as well as managing relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Sales: Actively following up with leads, conduct consultations,
and convert potential clients into paying members. Use consultative sales techniques to
understand client needs and explain our services.
• Matchmaking & Relationship Building: Analyze client roles to make personalized
match suggestions. Facilitate introductions and ongoing communication between
matched individuals.
• Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the matchmaking
process. Ensure their experience is positive, while addressing any concerns or questions.
• Marketing & Networking: Build and maintain relationships within the Christian
community to source new clients and develop business opportunities. Attend relevant
events, workshops, or networking groups to expand the company’s reach.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information,
preferences, and progress in the matchmaking process. Ensure client confidentiality at all
times.
• Results-Oriented: Regularly review client satisfaction, success stories, and client
feedback to ensure we are meeting or exceeding expectations. Work toward achieving
individual and team goals for matches made and client retention.
Qualifications:
• Sales Profiency: Proven experience in sales, particularly in consultative or relationship based sales.
• People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Empathetic, patient, and able to listen attentively to clients’ needs and concerns.
• Passion for Helping Others: A deep understanding of Christian values and a genuine
desire to help others and build meaningful, faith-based relationships.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to
communicate clearly and effectively with diverse individuals.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and matchmaking tasks
simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software and other tools used to manage client
roles and matchmaking activities.
• Experience: Previous experience in matchmaking, relationship coaching, or other
people-oriented services is a plus, but not required.

Job Title: Local Event Hosts
Location: City in which you reside
Job Type: Flexible position with at least one event hosted per month in your host city
Salary: paid per event + incentives (such as membership to our private online community, ambassador opportunities, + contests)

Our mission is to connect like-minded individuals who share common values, faith, and a passion for building strong, lasting kingdom friendships and relationships. We are seeking like-minded outgoing, adventurous Christian Singles with a passion for creating community and having fun to host local events across the United States and Canada.
Position Overview:
As a Hub Local Host, you will be responsible for helping to foster community among like-minded individuals within your community, by hosting local events at least once per month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and Host Engaging Events: You’ll be responsible for hosting one event per month (with opportunity to host more as Hub Grows) that is engaging and allows for opportunities for other like-minded Christians to gather in a safe space where they feel seen, valued and heard. Events are submitted at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
Communicate Directly with Events Manager: Events manager will be your main point of contact to help facilitate events, problem solve and answer any questions you may have or support you as needed before, during and after events. You will be asked to respond to email communication in a timely manner.
Attend Monthly Hub Host Meeting: You will be asked to attend one meeting per month on the second Monday of the month with other hosts, this will be a time to discuss any issues, celebrate wins, share new ideas, hear announcements and be encouraged.
Submit Photos and Post event Communication: Event hosts are responsible for taking photos and videos of events and submitting them to the Events Manager in a timely manner to be used for promotional purposes. You will also be responsible for submitting your post event feedback forms and invoice to be paid for your event.
