As the saying goes it takes two to tango and this is no different. Your Christian Matchmaker can only do so much, but it requires effort on your part as well.
No, we are selective with people we work with. Why? We believe that you cannot be in a healthy relationship without being a healthy individual, so we, therefore, have the right to decline our services to anyone who we think is unfit.
Yes, you will not be the best fit if you are not a Christian as majority of our network classify themselves as christian singles, but that being said we know so many great Matchmakers that we would love to introduce you to if you aren’t a fit for us. No, we cannot guarantee anything because this is a partnership. We can introduce you to great people, we can send your profile out but it is up to you to follow through, and we cannot force someone else to date you. However we will work hard on your behalf to find great matches for you.
No, there will need to be a mutual match which isn’t always the case. Remember that just because someone is not interested this does not reflect you at all and best to not take it personally.
Once you have received a match please let us know within 24 hours if you are interested. At this point we will then send your profile to them to see if it a mutual match. If it is then you will be looped into an email exchanging contact information and the rest is history.
A company is only as good as the Matchmaker at work. You need to find a Matchmaker that genuinely cares, who has your best interest at heart, and someone who is intentional in the process. If that is us then great! If not we would be happy to refer you to another Matchmaker.
